Voice acting.

SE makes 10s of millions of dollars per month of its player base, and they can't even fully voice the msq 6 expansions later. It is very disappointing and nearly unexceptable. Especially when nearly all games coming out are fully voiced even indie games.

More voice acting is not automatically good voice acting. Those that are voice acted tend to also have significance.

It's also not exactly worth investing so much extra when so many tend to skip cutscenes, including voiced ones, lessening the value. On the other hand, workhours invested into game/asset design and development actually tend to be more than a one-and-done product that lasts longer than a spoken line.

clearly you don't, because it's not very large. i'm sure they're not using the literal fking highest encoding and bitrate and most memory intensive options for fucking voice lines

I agree, I think if SE is making the most of it's money from this game, it should put out the best product possible.

At the very least, have some sighs or grunts.

Better dialogue boxes would be appreciated as well; it's 2024, and I think we'd all prefer white font against black background these days.
