much of teh chunkiness is likely due to starting at 80.

usually when you start a job, your bar fills up slowly and you learn the abilities as you get them so you can work into a flow with them. see what works best with what and set them up. starting at 80, your bars are almost full of things already.

SE doesnt seem to get this so, "NEEDS DUMBING DOWN!"

to be honest, they dont seem to be getting a lot lately.

VPR only gains 3 assignable actions between 81 and 100(with the last one being at 90), and only starts with 15.
