Thread: Suggestion (for 2.0): Linkshell Message Board

I would just be happy with a short blurb of an ls message. Even if it's just like "Hamlet @ 6pm CST" for all LS members to see when they log in maybe even shown on the LS list under "display members" "display linkshell message"

It wouldn't be in the chat, so I don't know what you mean. Would be in a separate pop-up box that you could check at will. You wouldn't have to check it if you didn't want to see it.

I have an update on your request from the development team to share with you! Currently, the team isn't focusing on expanding Linkshell functionality too much, but once A Realm Reborn launches, they are looking to introduce some form of log in message for Free Companies.

As for in-game calendars, the team said that they will be looking into this post-launch as well.

at least give linkshells a boot system to kick inactives.

I know we are getting free companies and I hope they do everything the linkshell couldn't because its irritating having such limited control over your "linkshell" (guild).

The former role of the linkshell system was to be a chat canal not to be a guild ...but since this was the only community system we had we made them guilds ...hopefully , it will return to his former state when free companies will come and become the real guilds of the game.
