Here's your new job! Vomits the actions into your hotbar like a mother bird and leaves, doesn't explain anything

Do your job quest, the npc explains what abilities to use. It's not that hard. And yes, you should read your tooltips.
The game is not that hard to pick up new jobs, with all flashy buttons and many skills links into each other in 1-2-3 steps.
