Regarding electrope and the key. Do you think electrope is capable of harnessing dynamis? Do you think dynamis has anything to do with operating the key?

Do you think Sphene's crown has any significance in either operating solution 9 or the key? Or something else?

Do you think Sphene's crown will be the focus of a summoning? Mega Sphene?!

The properties of Electrope being "harness lightning aether", and arcanima being used to convert it to other kind of aether, it would have no link to dynamis.

So far we know almost nothing about the key, but nothing seems to point to it being linked to Dynamis.

There's an NPC in Heritage Found that sees we're not wearing Regulators and says they thought we were wearing special regulators, like Queen Sphene's crown.

My assumption is that the original crown held the memories of the actual Sphene, without the interfering programming from Living Memory that forced her to be obsessed with preserving the system, and we can theoretically use it to bring her back.

Not entirely correct, Sphene herself says that it responds to fervent desires/strong wishes, and the lessons on the Milalla reaffirm this in that they prayed to it and their prayers invoked it to transport them to the Alexandrian reflection away from the southern sea isles, which to me at least sounds like it works on Dynamis over aether

i thought it was aether based rather than dynamis based. like using creation magic to summon a primal is aether based

Magic was originally found on the Source through prayers during the Second Umbral Calamity.
Summoning usually uses the wishes of the summoner(s) to manifest an entity.

Just because there's a prayer and wish involved doesn't make it dynamis.
Aether is also used for multiple other skills touching emotions and feelings : bard skills, dancer (the Totentanz might be, although it's still described as aether), sleep spells being a calm emotion, for instance.
