Final fight too hard?

I just don't understand why people are getting upset over an encounter that is requiring you to do more than just mindless spam TP combos/spells.

Hard fights are what make games enjoyable, if you want content to gloss over and solo, perhaps you should be playing Tanaka's vision of FFXIV, and tell us how well that's going.

I'll be waiting until I can do the fight without clicking a door for a hour before I can enter.

I like how the first reaction after some people noticed they can't just faceroll the fight is to complain on the forums that its too hard just hours after the patch ^~^

So...it's too hard because you didn't beat it on your first try on your first day?? ...A wipe or 2...or even 20 doesn't mean it's too hard. It just means you need to pay attention to what is going on in the battle and adjust your party/jobs/skills accordingly. I only went in once and got past the 1st phase...and I'm by no means a FFXIV rockstar...so I think it'll be fine.

If after 2-3 weeks of solid tries the majority of the playerbase still is failing the fight, then *maybe* you'd have a point. But I just don't see this being the case...so yeah, lets give it more than 5 hours.

they sound awful. this fight is easy enough to be done naked.
