WHERE IS MY TAIL!

There is absolutely no reason for this set to hide my tail!


Ears are fixed as of x.05 patch.
And why does femhroth have ears for their helmet but miqo'te it's smooth skin! (might be getting fixed after bug report, loss of tail however is "working as intended")

DT has some amazing content (music, dungeons) some amazing armor designs... well, but at the same time a lot of content feels unpolished to say the least and sadly Miqo'te got the short end of the stick on that one... on the other hand female Hroths clothes seems overall in much worse state, not to mention some issues with Au'ra hands and more. I do hope my tail will be returned to me (since I am using the same set which looks cool, and I'd like my fluffy tail to show). Considering how many things there are to fix, including deleting Wuk Lamat from existence to start with, it may take some time.

Unfortunately this isn't actually confined to miqo'te. Aura also have their tails just up and vanish with this set as to femhroth i believe. If i wanted my aura without a tail i wouldn't play a a darn aura guys! I hope there is a fix for this soon because removing our tails is no different than removing an arm or a leg, it's unacceptable.

I have to believe this is their response to criticism about the way tails clip in certain gear, but I know I'm not alone when I say, uh... this isn't the solution lol. It's an outright misunderstanding of the complaint (we want more gear to be designed around their tails, not erase them). I would prefer they just clip, personally. And I refuse to use any and all headgear that removes our ears, sorry.

Clipping? Really? I mean I'd be fine playing the game even without the graphical update. Is it welcomed? Yes. But everyone is aware of limitations, would it be graphical or simply cost efficiency on working out proper tail mechanics into each clothing set. Removal of a tail for a set seems more like a bug or mistake. Honesty though, it feels like there are a lot of those for this expansion. And as much as I love FF XIV, I actually had more fun in 2.0 at this point, sure music is amazing, dungeons are amazing but something is missing... I mean other than our tails!

The way tails should be treated is how they worked in 1.0, where the miqo'te gear had actual finished holes for the tails. For most gear all that means they need a "piece" that can be set invisible, and all would be good. Look at how Wuk Lamat's outfit works.

Criticism that popped up due to the damn capes, because capes looks atrocious with the tails and instead of hiding the capes. They hid the tail... And certain people cheered it on...

Even then, in this case the clipping is merely the tiny doodad on the back.
