This happens no matter what data center I'm in. I'm in dynamis because at least the player log in queues aren't insufferable. If I kept count I would not be surprised if it happened 15 times over the span if 3 days. It is getting to the point that I am forced to move quickly through cutscenes or else I would need to rewatch them all over again because the game decides I should have the story be interrupted. I have no idea how to remedy this.
You'll need to look at the stability of your connection, as micro-cuts that you won't see outside of online play obviously don't work on an MMO.

I don't have any connection problems of my own, and FFXIV isn't the problem, since I've been connected all day since Early Access, and I'm on a PS keyboard/mouse console.
