constant disconnects

I have been having a consistent problem where the game disconnects me. To add salt to the wounds I am forced to log out then log back in.
The final straw was the fact I was dc'd during the final trial. It ruined the fight. By the time I got back in it was too late. The boss was on the floor. The celebratory music of "you did it" feels like a lie.

This happens no matter what data center I'm in. I'm in dynamis because at least the player log in queues aren't insufferable. If I kept count I would not be surprised if it happened 15 times over the span if 3 days. It is getting to the point that I am forced to move quickly through cutscenes or else I would need to rewatch them all over again because the game decides I should have the story be interrupted. I have no idea how to remedy this.
