Skirmish: how?

I'm curious how do you enter skirmish fights? Are there any pre reqs?

No pre-reqs and you can get to it by the Fisherman's guild in LL on the bottom docks 5,7.

We just failed at the final boss the Great Elm he uses this attack that switches hate it was nuts had him down to less than 1/4 health as well but ran out of time.Gotta say though pretty damn fun.

Definitely PUGable but tough for people that never experience the NMs. Combination of classes required because some have resistance towards melee.
