Did you enter the code at the right place? there is a "submit a code" or something like that. This is not the place to enter the code.

Lower on the page, there is a "add extension" (it has the DT logo as picture). This is the place you have to enter the code.

Also, are you sure you're trying enter the game code not the preorder one?

It is also important, that you bought the collector's edition over Steam and not over the Square Enix shop.
