    I figured out what was wrong. I used a 4gb patch, and i may have accidently deleted my backup exe. I had someone mediafire a vanilla one, and it worked!

    Ive downloaded the bloody patch 3 times and I'm still getting the error.

    Edit: I've downloaded the patch 4 times, 3 times with the official patcher and once with Qtorrent.

    WTF, did you download the patch is only 238MB.

    Edit: i understand what you mean now, but you shouldn't have to download a patch to make a program Large Address Aware...check the tool below.

    ah, im so stupid. i keep Forgetting my Windows 7 Pro x64 Edition Tags everything in the Program Files as being Large Adress Aware.

    if you guys use W7 Professional/Corporate X64 and have FFXIV installed in Program Files instead of Program Files(X86) check All the game related EXE's Using the LAA tool here @ http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=112556 it also explains how to use it.
