Unable to Turn the Camera In-Game

Hello. I am currently unable to turn the camera in-game. When holding my left and right-click mouse buttons outside of the game on my second screen, it functions perfectly. I have disabled my gamepad from functioning in-game and tried loading the game in administrator mode to no avail. When I initially boot up the game, the in-game mouse pointer does show up until I click the Start button, which it then disappears and the program appears to slow down briefly before loading up the character selection screen.

How did you get this resolved? I believe to have this issue. Tried steering my camera with my left and/or right click and it's not doing anything for me. I don't have play a gamepad so that is disabled as well.
