[Dancer] Dawntrail Burst Phase Quirks

Now that I've had time with the full kit of DT DNC, I wanted to bring up a couple of pain points that have been biting at me.

Tilana giving 50 esprit is an odd and wonky choice. RDM and MCH got their gauge skills changed to reward a free use of their spender. But DNC, the class with less control over their gauge generation in burst, gets esprit and can easily overcap. It would probably feel better if it gave a free Saber Dance use or procced the ability to use Dance of the Dawn (with or without the 50 esprit cost).

Also the burst is really tight now with all the new skills and extra esprit. It commonly pushes out Fountainfall and Reverse Cascade. I can adjust to this, but it is a minor pain point since all our burst skills are 2.5 now. (still adjusting to double weaving in Tilana and not trying to early gcd).
