Client not updating automatically upon launch

My client is not updating automatically upon launch. I try to get patch 1.23 update by launching the game as usually using my FINAL FANTASY shortcut, but it's not working. I'm getting "Checking version..." screen followed by "FINAL FANTASY Login ver.2.0.0.106" screen.
I'm experiencing the same issue by launching the game through ffxivboot.exe file.

Steps:
Launched the game through FINAL FANTASY shortcut as usual.
The client is not updating as it should be.
Gave 4-5 tries but the result was the same.
Launched the game through ffxivboot.exe file.
Gave 2 tries but the result was the same.

Date & Time: Jul. 25, 2012 at around 23:30 CEST
Frequency: Always
PC Manufacturer & Model Number: Homebuilt Computer
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+
ISP: Tefefónica de España (TdE)
Type of Internet Connection: ADSL

I have the exact same issue.
It doesn't try to update but it will let me log in however when I do it's still on 1.22c.

Never mind, i tried again after posting for S&Gs and it worked

Issue solved. It seems they were late at activating the download; now it's working correctly.
