SE please consider lowering some DRG skill unlock

I have mentioned this on other post but DRG from 50 to 70 really lack a good burst for all content of this level gap. With the removal of Spineshatter Dive Dragoon got even less OGCD to use in lower content and I feel sorry for people leveling my main right now from the start because if you thought DRG was slow before trust me I did Preatorium and it's worse. Here is my Idea to fix this using the old DRG we had in EW

Doom spike: Between 15 and 30
Dragonfire Dive lv unlock: between 40 and 45
Geirskogul: Unlock at level 50 with the 10% damageg buff of blood of the Dragon
Nastrond (2 stack) : Level 60 keeping 10% so its not too much Damage for lv60
Nastrond (3 Stack) : at level 70 like it is right now with the 15% damage buff

All the rest of the abilities that you unlock above lv70 stay this way

This is more to make weaker version of what we have on higher level so it dosent get all together on one go because currently the wholE kit of Dragoon you get it between lv70 and Lv80 and that just dosen't make sense that suddenly Dragoon turn super strong

If SE dosen't want Dragoon to have Spineshatter Dive back that is what I propose as a DRG main for both people that level it for the first time and for people who get into a low level dailies
