Feels pretty bad. I played through the MSQ as Astrologian and... It sucked. It really did. I caused so many wipes because I literally could not fail a mechanic without dying- unlike shield healers who can just bubble up and survive. Damage comes so fast and there's so much to dodge that the delayed or otherwise regenerative healing of Astro was a miserable experience. I was having to overheal so much just because the regen wouldn't catch up in time to the next mechanic. Celestial Opposition, Collective Unconscious, and Helios Conjunction just weren't enough. Celestial opposition feels so worthless now, because regen is worthless. Collective Unconscious is still worthless, as there aren't too many group markers during the content this time around (and the few that are there are multi-hit ones that happen fast enough to plow through whatever regen you apply). Astros really got boned this time around- and not just because of their unimaginative and pointless card rework.

Sage felt great to play, being super mobile and having so many tools available. The shields kept people from dying pretty consistently. Combine that with actually being able to deal damage, and it felt okay. Scholar can just spreadlo and ignore a lot of things- or just become a walking god and spam Accession. Scholar is clearly the best healer around- still. White Mage got more damage, and then a better Neutral Sect/Sun Sign through their Temperance/Divine Caress interaction.

And yet Astro was the one that received the rework into a literally worse version of everything.

Oh, and the Mighty Cactaur (?) I had such a hard time telling where the AoE was because the ground is the exact same color of orange. Not great.
