Can we have Mamool Ja for a new race?

We could use an actual lizard race in the game. They would of been more fun to play as than female hrothgar. Au Ra doesn't really count as a lizard race they are mostly human.

Imagine all the time and money spent designing and rigging the characters, along with making all the gear compatible with them only to create a new least played race. Sorry Viera and Hroths, you still don't have hats, but enjoy a beast character.

I'm not saying I wouldn't love to see it, but I think we all know, deep down, that this isn't going to happen. And if we ever do get a full scaly playable race, they'll get the same treatment viera and hrothgar did, where they'll lose most of their inspiration's defining nonhuman traits to make it easier for them to retrofit existing gear (except for hats, of course...).

I would prefer a demon race like the one seen in TERA but more human and with normal feet.


A succubus (females) and incubus (males) race would be much better, like Morrigan and her sister Lilith, winged obviously.

In an ideal world I'd want to see some kind of Meracydian dragon race as a logical extreme to their evolutionary capabilities given we already have some bipedal dragon variants like diresaurs and syrictas.

Way back in a PAX-East show around the time of their debut, Yoshi-P said the Au Ra were actually designed after the kind of demons you described. So, wish granted.
