Retainer Service Does Nothing If Using Old Payment Processor

I have had an ongoing subscription for many years and therefore was using the old payment processor still.

I tried to add a retainer to my subscription, knowing it might prompt me to update my payment information with the new processor. However, it didn't prompt me. Instead, it just refreshed the page, which seems like an oversight that will confuse older players with long-term subscriptions.

I looked it up and others have experienced it in other browsers as well.

Steps:

1. Have a subscription using the old payment processor
2. Try to add a retainer subscription.
3. Instead of taking you to a place to confirm payment or ask you to switch payment processor, the page refreshes.

Date & Time: May 6th.
Location: Retainer Service Page on the Mog Station, after selecting 1 retainer and clicking confirm.
Operating System: Windows 10
Browser: Firefox 137.0.2

That's working as intended I'm afraid. It seems the system can't transfer you automatically to the relevant page to update your details when going to make a purchase, you have to do that seperately in the SE Account Management System (in keeping with the SE Account System being as clear as mud sometimes).

I can only assume that this is because of how the new payment processor handles things rather than SE, but it's still annoying.
