I'm guessing that's not normal. If it were me, I'd open it up to check on things. If something is broken, you can contact support and they will hopefully set you up with a replacement. Just expect it to take a while. I had my statue broken in my EW Collector's Box and it took me a couple of MONTHS of back and forth for them to finally send me a new one. Properly packaged thankfully the second time around. I'm guessing there might be something wrong with your statue.
