I don't agree with the Scions being played out. I think the issue in this MSQ is the WoL is on a "side" at all. I don't think the Scions are played out, but I do think they were not written true to their characters in DT. I would expect the twins to be on opposing teams as they love to compete against one another. I think a better story may have been the Scions as a whole approached by a leader to help guide their children and then the scions choose who they will support. They may choose based on their own objectives. As the "traveler" I don't think the WoL should take either side.

I don't think we need to retire. We just need a change of environment. Unfortunately, going to a new land with our established crew was not enough of a change. We need to ditch the crew and see a new set of faces. Bring that wanderlust back into our souls.
