[Request] Please Restore the Final Zone (Dawntrail)

Okay Yoshi P, I gotta sit down and talk to you for a moment.

The final zone was quite possibly the greatest zone in the game.

I want it back.

Even if the Wandering Minstrel does a song and reverts it for non-lore purposes just to be able to explore and see the area once again. The colors, the ferris wheels, the merry-go-round, everything was beautiful.

It doesn't have to be lore related. Just allow us to have a "flashback" mode from an NPC to turn it back on the way it used to be. I really think the RP and the parade folks would enjoy having a place to see the wonders again.

You can already do that by starting any of the currently available msq new game+ chapter.

Yeah but you can't enjoy it with friends unless all of them do the exact same thing. It would be nice just to have a quick switch to enjoy it with other players. :-)

the zone is dead, let it stay dead. we're the ones who move on and remember how it was. I hope the zone stays dead bc if it doesn't, it lowers the impact of us being the ones to kill it. plus, if you go into NG+, and fly around, you'll realize pretty quickly that the zone is actually just a facade of a real zone. The black stone is everywhere, and the zone dies the further out you get.

We didnt miss anything. We just want a quest to turn it back on. NPCs dont need to be there. Anything. But they made an asset just for it to be gone? No thanks. Endwalker told me one thing, even if it looks hopeless and dead. It can always be renewed.

Using NG+ is a simple solution. Your friends don't have to be on the same chapter of NG+ for you to enjoy the zone together.

A quest that turns it back on would be a problem if SE has additional plans for the zone that require it to be in its end state.

As stated previously, new game plus exists. The zone is "dead" for narrative reasons, and said narrative reasons supersede things as minor as "wanting to look at it".

However, the zone is *probably* *maybe* going to be used as a tribal questline so you'll have your wish fulfilled, maybe.
