Dotted diagonal line/vertical white line showing up in screenshots, but not gameplay

All the screenshots I take now have this white dotted line from the left side of the screen, but it does not show up in game. All the screenshots I had taken up to a certain point in the story were perfectly fine, but for no reason at all, maybe around 4 hours of total game split across two nights, and having changed no settings, this diagonal dotted line started showing up. It also occasionally varies and shows up as a vertical pure white line in the middle of the screen.

It went from only showing up every few screenshots, to now being in every one I take. I've tried numerous changes to my graphics settings, switching from AMD to NVIDIA DLSS, switching resolutions, etc. I noticed when I'm not in Fullscreen or Borderless, and specifically playing in Windowed while shrunk, it does not show up.

I would appreciate help on this matter, but I'd greatly appreciate knowing if other people are also experiencing this issue. It's making it hard to enjoy the game right now when taking screenshots is one of my favorite things to do, especially in MSQ moments that I won't be able to reexperience.
