Don’t disagree that it might need some potency adjustments, but it needs to be up there in terms of damage. Pictomancer doesn’t have a Rez putting it in a tricky place for raiding. It needs to do a healthy amount above red mage and summoner to be competitive.

Remember, black mage deals melee DPS damage, and if pictomancer has utility, it should deal damage similar to the nonSAM melee DPS.

Healing on star prism is honestly flavor and isn’t a reason anyone is going to have over other jobs.
