    Pixel jitter disables under certain conditions (comparisons included)

    DLSS/TSCMAA Pixel jitter implementation is broken in that it disables when in a cutscene, interacting with an object/NPC, being in fishing stance with your rod out, or in the crafting stance leading to visible pixelization and lack of AA when occurring.

    Below I've put comparison images with DLSS and FSR (with TSCMAA & camera jitter, and TSCMAA without camera jitter), without interacting with an NPC and while interacting with an NPC. Lack of pixel jitter leading to pixelization is very noticeable while interacting with the NPC. However, notice how under FSR w/ TSCMAA (NO camera jitter) the problem does not occur and the results are identical, as pixel jitter is not being utilized.

    1. Have DLSS enabled/FSR with TSCMAA + Camera Jitter enabled
    2. Enter cutscene, interact with object/NPC using right click, or enter fishing stance

    Ryzen 5 5600x
    32gb 3600mhz DDR4 RAM

    Hope this gets fixed!

    Can confirm this is a universal issue that needs fixing.

    Interacting with NPCs or engaging in cutscenes and GPose will completely nuke the image quality:

    I made a bug report about this already and it's in the "Accepted Bugs" forum:

    However, my report probably conflates two separate bugs (for example, I added a screenshot from someone else showing these artifacts, and it could be related, but it's not exactly what we're talking about when we say "DLSS isn't working in cutscenes" ). I think my report also doesn't really explain the problem super clearly besides saying that the AA is bad.

    Your images do a great job showing what we're talking about.

    Unfortunately, there's no way for me to edit my bug report or add more information since it's already been accepted. I hope that the mods can take the information about this bug and properly convey it to the devs, since the screenshots really do say 1000 words.

    Edit: Also my bug report was not really complete, since it seems from your screenshots that it happens with both FSR and DLSS.

    Yeah it would be nice to see this fixed quickly, this graphics update finally introduced good AA and now both DLSS and TSCMAA are broken.
