I got the same issue and it really starts to annoying me. Everytime im in Limsa or Tuli it start flickering like crazy. Allready tried borderless or full window, setting fps limits and not. I play on Notebook and this flickering problem just happens in FFXIV special areas (Limsa mostly). Anyone can help me ?
