Constant flickering when refresh rate is higher than 60

Hi,

Ever since yesterday evening, I started to notice a constant screen wide flickering in FFXIV and FFXIV only.

I played around with the ingame settings and noticed the following :

-FPS set to 60 or 30 dont have any flickering
-Changing the Screen Space Ambient Occlusion might sometimes turn off the flickering but if I alt tab or change zone, it will come back
-Being in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen doesnt change anything

I really dont know what to do and didnt find any fixes that worked for me

My monitor is 1440p 144Hz if that can help

[SOLUTION] Changing G-Sync to apply only to fullscreen applications and restarting FFXIV fixed the issue.
