Possible Pre-Order, Bonus Ark Mount and Gametime Problem

I pre-ordered Dawntrail and paid 50 (49.99) euros.
Early Access was fine. I'm at lvl 100.
Now, my playtime runs out in 3 days and I don't want to renew now.
My question is, will the code for the game grant me playtime if I'm getting it after my playtime is over and do I get the Ark mount anyway if I play at a later date?
I haven't received the code for the full game yet. And I think I wont get the Code in Time.

Expansions don't give you playtime. The CE bonuses will be delivered to you via mogmail and will be there for you.

If you use gmail, check the "promotions" section, it's where mine got put, was getting annoyed at not having got the code so I poked around to see if others hadn't gotten theirs yet. Multiple people mentioned to odd email placement and yep there it was /groan.

I do not use gmail. I've checked every folder. No Code.
I feel sorry for this small Indie Company. The Game isn't that bad.
I wish they had more Subscriptions or they would have Stuff to sell in an Online shop and therefore more Money so they could fix some of their ongoing Problems.
