I did say within 3 weeks. I'm fully aware of when mid-August takes place, I simply gave them a wider time range because at most the patches have taken about 3 weeks. Alright, but that doesn't explain why the patch notes are almost equal in match of a lettered patch though. I predicted No Spoilers so they didn't put much in the patch notes because of it. But just telling us the name of certain quests doesn't give us spoilers at all though, yet if there more to this patch than meets the eye.. How come they didn't put it in the patch notes?

What does that have to do with the time frame of lettered patches or the summer event? I mean that's entirely plausible, it's also possible that they left some content out for a lettered patch in August or even September.

Well, I'm more concerned about the 1.23 main patch itself then a little summer event that's come 1-2 weeks from now. Even the 1.22 Main patch wasn't outbeat by a/b Lettered patched that were pretty big. I'm just worried is all.
