Well, they needed to categorize his battle somewhere, and given it probably works akin to Primal Battles (instanced arena, as much a huge boss as they are) it fits there.

Oh, I have.
The point of my post was merely stating that Nael's battle will most likely not be repeatable like the Primals, it's just that due to the way it works it fits to be categorized under Primals.

I mean, it could go under Quests but i'm not sure if it'd be as good a fit.
