    Tanks can output almost more if not more dps than actual dps jobs during their bursts (which is silly)...

    Not saying that the 2 min meta is good though.

    Doing solo duties and having my burst windows repeatedly interrupted by scripted and unpredictable downtime is strictly frustrating and makes me think structuring PvE rotations/abilities more like PvP where skills have 30 second CDs at the absolute longest would be a net positive for gameplay.
