Criticisms about the story aside, they REALLY stepped up the dungeon/trials/duties this time around. I think we need to give out positive feedback, too, if we wanna see more stuff, so kudos to them.

I would like them to keep adding variant dungeons, but I think a nice middle ground would be for them to make an optional dungeon for the roulette out of the variant dungeons they create. So a sort of "curated" path that takes you through one route of the variant dungeon and is added to the expert roulette.

That seems like the most logical compromise to me. We keep variant and criterion and they can double up on adding optional dungeons without expending too much resources that might take away from other aspects of DT's patch content, such as the field / exploration zones.
