    Please bring back more optional dungeons

    I wont be going into any spoilers or specifics.

    But with the two optional dungeons they introduced at level cap, it's become clear that they can be so much more interesting when not burderened by the trust system.

    I know variant and criterion was supposed to fill that void, but those things are basically one time experiences. With dungeons though, they can add some much needed variety to players who do daily roulettes. Especially when the devs get creative without trust limitations.

    Plus it's not like they even need to be brand new dungeons. The "hard" mode revisits were basically just reskins with reused assets, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I think it would be a good opportunity to give some shadowbringers and endwalker dungeons some love, giving them a spotlight in the current endgame.

    Criticisms about the story aside, they REALLY stepped up the dungeon/trials/duties this time around. I think we need to give out positive feedback, too, if we wanna see more stuff, so kudos to them.

    I would like them to keep adding variant dungeons, but I think a nice middle ground would be for them to make an optional dungeon for the roulette out of the variant dungeons they create. So a sort of "curated" path that takes you through one route of the variant dungeon and is added to the expert roulette.

    That seems like the most logical compromise to me. We keep variant and criterion and they can double up on adding optional dungeons without expending too much resources that might take away from other aspects of DT's patch content, such as the field / exploration zones.

    I've only done the very first dungeon and me and my mate were actually surprised by how nice it was in terms of gameplay. Still a lot of room for improvements but I nice step in the right direction.

    For Variant, please give me an option to make them a bit harder. Or Criterion to be a bit easier (and delete Criterion savage) and remove that terrible raise restriction.

    The dungeons were SO much fun it makes me incredibly sad that we'll only be getting a handful because they've cut them back so much. I will say I hope the field operations, raids and variant dungeons will be as good as the starting dungeons we got this expansion.
