7.0 DirectX 1100002 error, constantly crashing to desktop and shutting PC down

Okay this is getting a bit out of hand, My FC members and I have been having these DirectX errors now, and it's really ruining the experience. The same fc member's PC literally shuts down when the error happens. If xbox can get a speedy hotfix then maybe PC can too? I wouldn't be livid if it only happened once, but multiple times in a day, and now he can't even play the game because when he logs in, he crashes in like 5 minutes.
With the full release tomorrow, I am afraid of what would happen to unsuspecting players who'd be in queue for an hour only for their game to get the directx error and shutdown.

Please submit your system informationen. You can copy and paste all of the output of the Final Fantasy XIV - System Information Tool.

If your PC shutdown itself completly while gaming, it may be due to overheating oder bad power supply (to less power).

Only then users or staff can help you.

See the thing is, DT literally bricked his PC, so even if we wanted to "copy and paste" the system info we can't. And mind you this only happened to FF14, he tested a couple games before his pc wouldn't turn on anymore and only FF14 had the directx error and completely shut his PC down. We also noticed that FF14 suddenly just uses up 100% of the GPU for no apparent reason.

The PC of your FC member was already bricked. FF14 propably spoiled that. You cannot cause a hardware damage to a PC if the PC is alright.

Normally a PC shuts down for a few reasons, bad overclock, overheating, bad drivers, virus/malicious software, messed up Windows, damaged hardware.

Start by removing overclocking if any (this includes XMP/EXPO profiles for RAM), then if that doesn't help try a different driver while using Display Driver Uninstaller in safe mode and only after botting into Windows normally you install another driver.

You can use HWINFO64 to check the syatem temperatures too.
