Forerider's Hat causing clipping on Female Roegadyn

When wearing the Dawntrail Machinist "Forerider" artifact armor, if the visor is up, it causes a curved brass bit to clip through the front part of the hat.

I had several of my friends test this on their characters of various races, but only female roegadyn seemed to be affected.
