Ok so there are a gazillion "I can't__" so here's mine

So SE did return my inquiry: Can't obviously log into the game, after pressing the start button a black screen appears. So here's what they told me in case this helps anyone:

First Place the Playstation in SAFE MODE.
( if you are having issues with that please ask that's a WHOLE A$$ cluster I ran into lol)

Anyways...once in safe mode the first time: Make sure you ps5 controller is plugged into the port ( front or back ) hit the PS button and scroll to "Clear Cache"
Shouldn't take long to do it's thing.

Next Go into SAFE MODE again and this time go to "Rebuilding the Database"
That MAY take a little longer

Once completed you are done with "SAFE MODE"

Now go to PS5 "Settings" menu to "SYSTEM" to "WEB BROWSER" and select "DELETE COOKIES".
Next Clear the browsing data select "CLEAR WEBSITE DATA".
Make sure ( and it should be ) the slider next to "Java Script IS enabled.

Now the next part kinda befuddled me as I'm not "tech savvy" but she typed:
"Check the following port ranges on your Router/modem to ensure that the following port ranges have been opened/ forwared/ triggered:

TCP
54992-54994
55006-55007
55021-55040

Apparently this can be done by visiting www.portforward.com you locate your specific router/modem and model number etc etc etc... I honestly stopped there.
At this point I asked myself WTF, I pay THEM to supply a game for me...I want to PAY THEM and play the game not configure my system to adapt to their issue.
End result, and maybe the port thing IS the missing link but guess what...BLACK SCREEN Viewing it still is

So the end of this tech support stated the following:
"If the issue is still not resolved, there may be an issue with the hardware or OS of your Playstation 5. For further assistance, please contact PS blah blah blah....

SO in closing....

I made sure to log out at my world As SE asked us to do.
Pre-bought the expansion, because EXCITED.
Made sure PS5 was updated and ready/ cleared space.
Had ZERO issues for years of playing without any problems logging in..even after long breaks here and there.
NOW MAGICALLY my ps5 may be /is THE ISSUE
The sub I pay for a game I love is useless, I'm paying for black screen to play! Hmmm..

I'm enjoying the black screen, but hope all the above somehow in the SLIGHTEST way helps someone maybe return to playing the game we love.
