Update: I got ingame to check and the Starry Muse does not have a heal component, unless I really skipped through it.
Still, we have Star Prism's aoe heal which is quite meaty!

The circle with the grass in is for the picto who casts it and that picto alone. Any party buffs are tied to the skill itself and unrelated to the actual circle, as far as I know.
As someone who plays pictomancer and plays with limited visuals, I support this suggestion. Once you have multiple pictos in a party (due to roulette or just because), it might get confusing whose circle belongs to whom after you had to step out for it for a second to dodge a mechanic. It's the same as with BLM's "wait, these are not my leylines!"![]()
i like that they're visible on limited because i'd like to avoid accidentally dropping an AoE on the Picto/Black Mage's circle of speed. if i do it, i want it to have been done with intention, to a friend.
I'm also against this suggestiong. The grass is a very important component to the PCTs burst and is important information you shouldn't be forced to turn on full animations to know. Like in Tender Valley's 3rd boss where the stacks usually come right at the 2 minute mark, so you can make sure to still stack with the picto while mot making the grass unusable, or as mentioned above, being aware of the grass to not drop a puddle or a TB in their direction. It will also become more important for savage content. My static was doing P4S for funsies and not delaying the 2 mins for pinax meant the grass would end wherever hephaistos was feeling like and there was a high chance I would end hanging around the melees and they would have to keep an eye on me. The grass presents as important information as a BLMs leylines and altought it would be nice to have an option to differentiate between your grass/leylines and others, I think outright removing them from limited is a bad idea.
Bringing this up to say thanks SE, since it looks like this is being addressed in 7.1.
Removing the circle completely from own battle effect seems like an oversight, a bug, or a bad decision.
