Yep this is true. You can just play the cutscene again and only lose out on a little progress. (Most of the time it also doesn't take long to just fast-click yourself through the dialogue you've already read/heard until you reach the point where the queue popped.)If I'm not mistaken, accepting the queue mid cutscene (and you get teleported to said duty) will make it so when you return you have to restart the cutscene you were in.
I can swear that I've had to re-watch a few this way.
So if this is the case, don't skip the cutscene the next time a queue pops midway.
