Dragoon ability question

There are two with a question mark with a red line through it. The abilities are Dragon site and spinshatter dive.

says when I click on it, Cannot use as current class.. but it is a dragoon ability. Also will dragoon reach 100 because I am not getting any points for it..

I would like to add as well , about leveling up that there are there are weapon skills and abilittis for above level 90, so how to reach them if I am not gaining points? Ihave been on dragoon this morning and no skill gain. I have skill gain on my reaper.. just not dragoon.

Those abilities were removed from the game. That's what they're crossed out like that. Spineshatter was replaced by Winged Glide, while Dragon Sight is just gone (good riddance.)

As for why you're not getting exp, do you have the Dawntrail early access registered? Leveling 90-100 is an expansion feature, so if you don't have Dawntrail registered you won't gain exp at level 90.

I am getting skill gain on everything else reaper and my maxed out jobs of hand and land..... it is just dragoon that is not getting skill gam and yes, I am registered. I can get to the new world just choose not to until the crowds pass. It is only Dragoon
