Weird Blocky Shadows on NPCs and Other Players

The light sources in some areas are bugged and show slow quality shadows.

Prime example being the roof lights in the gridanian markets. It's not your settings!


Don't have example of the floor shadow but think of something like 8 bit shadows.

So glad I am not alone in experiencing this. Shadows have always been bad, but they seem more borked since the update.

A couple of the non-standard (as in not available during character creation) hairstyles cast weird shadows on my character as well. All my settings are maxed, graphics card updated, but Form and Function and another I can't remember the name of cast triangle shadows on my characters forehead.
