At this point it has been several days and me nor any fellow XBOX owners I am in touch with have been able to succesfully transfer existing accounts from PC/PS4/PS5 to the XBOX. We are all receiving the same errors. Can anyone confirm this is truly possible, and if so can you screen shot the process.

We have:
- Base game + Dawntrail preorder
- Existing subs, actively been playing on PC/PS4/PS5
- Xbox game pass

We have been reaching out to the official helpdesk but the answers are incredibly unhelpul and we are being told time and time again to launch the game, fill in existing account credentials, and 'link'. However, as soon as we do we receive the error that we have not registered an XBOX game on our accounts.
