[7.0] Female Au Ra Scale Textures Appear Distorted And Low Quality

The newly released Au Ra scale textures appear distorted and choppy around the edges when viewed up close. The issue applies to every part of the body where scales are present but is most egregious on the forearms and legs. Below is a photo comparing what they looked like in 6.5 for reference.
This report is specifically for female Au Ra but it's also possible the same problem has happened to male Au Ra.
