    SCH's Concitation and WHM's Medica III to be 1.5/2.5s

    I know people hate homogenisation of classes but I think this should be the default. With this change I can keep casting Concitation while summoning Seraph and tell her to cast Consolation, while I can cast Medica III without delaying Assize or combo them together for big aoe heal.

    Stat wise they're already the same with their 1.5s counterpart in SGE and AST. The goal is gameplay fluidity.

    They would probably lower the potencies of medical, helios, succor, to account for the new meta of GCD aoe heal + OGCD aoe heal being cast at the same time.

    I think it could be fine, but maybe not for every healer? It's fine the way it is, but also it could change so if it does just make it change for some and not for others to mix it up a bit. Thats my take.

    Yes let's have all jobs the same to the point where job only for aesthetic..

    I am against the idea of homogenization but you have a point

    I have really bad Ping. Weaving an oGCD with only one second to do it still clips horribly for me. I do not like this state of the game where weaving is expected to happen after casting for 1.5 seconds. I prefer having instant cast spells that give me more time to use a single weave that also allow people with better ping to double weave. Skills like Ruin 2 that are there for weaving and movement appeal to me because not everyone lives on top of a server and can triple weave cleanly like Yoshi P. Lower cast times are great, and clearly offer lots of benefits, but my favorite spell on any healer is actually long casting a revive. It feels powerful to manage that entire cast when there are exactly 8 seconds between mechanics that could kill you. The joy of playing a healer for me is the mastery of the movement and timing to find the space to cast spells. I wish we had more spells like old Aero 3 on WHM that took longer to cast and were rewarded with extra oomph for it. Lowering everything to the point where it offers weaving and movement would make the game less fun. At least to me. I want to have to choose between standing still to cast something powerful, or using a movement/weaving spell because the situation demands it. Right now Ten Chi Jen on Ninja makes me consider my position and timing far more than any healer action thanks to slide casting. Instead of every spell being a 1.5 second cast I would much rather get a variety of cast times across the kit to break up the monotony and add some mastery to being a caster.

    Hello, I'm sorry that you are playing in a not-so-ideal environment but I'm afraid you are an outlier.
    Normally players are expected to single weave on 1.5s gcd and double weave on instant spells.

    The current gameplay requires a lot of movement especially healers to ensure every party member gets healed with aoe.
    A variety of spells cast time might be a good idea, a 1.5s gcd aoe heal and a bigger 2.5s one.
