[Xbox Series X] Client crashes moving between areas

Time of issue: Constant - last example, 17:18 GMT
Frequency: Ongoing - varies based on how often you're moving between areas. Seems roughly 33% of the time.
World name: Ravana (OCE)
Character name@Home World name: Nirixes Malshaan
Class/Level: Multiple jobs (whm, pld, dnc)
Party or solo: Solo - only impacts one player at a time.
Area and coordinates: Area transitions

Steps:
Spinning loading circle stopped, then music stopped. Happens regulary on area transitions.
13:14 GMT - Teleporting from the outskirts of earthenshire into earthenshir
17:18 GMT - Client crashed when leaving the Gridania Inn and moving into New Gridania proper.
18:31 GMT - Client crashed when leaving the New Gridania and moving into Tuliyollal.
Going from New Gridania to an alliance raid and back in between the latter two examples worked fine.
Interestingly, when logging back in it DOESN'T say that I logged out improperly, which it normally does after a crash (although it might just be that login queue takes long enough that the server notices the client has disconnected)
