you can't "agree to disagree" when you're factually incorrect. Glare III is at level 100 330 potency. Afflatus Misery is 1330 potency. 330 * 4 (since each Afflatus Misery is essentially 4 GCDs, 3 lilies + the actual hit) is 1320.
