[Audio Bug] All cutscene dialogue muffled as if very far away

Constantly occurring as follows:

- I had the Immerse Gamepack turned on, and sound seemed to be normal.
- I turned off Spatial Audio in settings, exited the client completely, and restarted it.
- Now all dialogue in all cutscenes is muffled and while I can here there is dialogue, I can't make out a word.
- I have tried adjusting the "sound source" slider from 100% Player-based to be more Camera-based, but this has had zero effect. No change, same muffled inaudible sound.

I do not know if turning off the Immerse pack is what broke audio this way, but even after multiple client restarts, all cutscene audio is broken which is very bad, the VAs are wonderful
