Viper needs some major work

Reawaken, like Enshroud, is fully intended to be used on trash pulls. Anything with a usage interval of 60s or less should absolutely be being used on trash pulls, since most of the W2W double pulls take ~45-60s, including running between packs. Reawaken has roughly the same usage interval as Enshroud, ie. ~3 per 2 minutes, including the free one from Ire.

just because you can't handle the speed doesnt mean the job is bad and need major work. it's fine the way it is, i have 0 problem with it. if you are on mouse and keyboard try to be faster and if you are on controller well.. deal with it or don't play the job
