Can't take screenshots since the 7.0 update

Hello, since the 7.0 update I haven't been able to properly take screenshots of the game. When I try to take them using the in game keybind they save as 8Kb fully black pngs, and when I try to take them through windows (using Windows key + Print Screen, Print screen or the windows snipping tool) the colors look very white washed. The colors also look like this when I have the app open in the background.
I have tried updating my gpu drivers, restarting multiple times, changing color settings in both the windows display and nvidia gpu settings, and none of these seem to work.
