[SAM] I hate the change to Tsubame-gaeshi

I really hope this button dies next expansion. Not only is it a complete spammy wash, but it's just not meaningfully different from how Kaiten was before (use for every iai!) and yet Kaiten was happily scrubbed out on the spot while this bad idea just won't quit.

TG does now offer considerably more than Kaiten did, for the simple fact that it can be delayed and has extended range, offering a bit of extra skill expression in terms of uptime management and window optimization.

As KoS mentioned, though, the sheer frequency of current Tsubame-Gaeshi casts has made rotation feels slower and therefore more constrained, however. I'm actually surprised they didn't move Fuka and Fugetsu up to 15% damage and haste each (with commensurate potency costs across the board) in forcing that many more GCDs into the duration generating the actual Iaijutsu casts (thereby slowing building and spending, both).

(And yes, I realize Kaiten's effects were from more than Kaiten itself, just as were the previously varied Kenki costs and more frequent Kenki generation from Stormblood Hagakure and Shadowbringers Ikishoten.)
