I like solo content so I would be in favour of making it useful instead of deleting it but at least do SOMETHING with it.

I would want this to be useful, yeah yeah you're not gonna use it in most content.
But hey it's kind a cool idea for solo content or in some kind of niche situations, This is why i don't think we should delete clemency or vercure, both aren't the best abilities but are nice in content outside of savage or dungeons ect.
It's also not like Summoner is going to run out of hotbar space anytime soon lol.
It’s fine at lower levels, it just needs to be upgraded to another skill at some point. Or have a secondary effect added to it like Esuna or provides bonus healing if a person already has a shield up, or removes it from global cooldown and makes it cast faster. Or some combination of all of this but only while fairy is not summoned.

Honestly I’d be happy if they just made the scale with Intelligence instead of Mind. You’d still barely use it but I’d be nice for Summoners to have more ways to support the party if healer(s) die.
Obvious issues with that though are firstly that it further homogenises Red Mage and Summoner identity since Vercure / supporting healers is kind of Red Mage’s thing. Then there’s the whole issue of healers already having so little to heal, that it would probably feel like another slap in the face for them to see even more ways for dps to do their role for them.
So while I’d love to see it stay and actually scale properly I can also see why it’s probably better if they just removed it instead
